If you shoot 90 seconds of random video on any street in New York City. You’ve just shot the beginning of a movie. This is The City.”

NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, June 1, 2023/EINPresswire.com/ — This week NY Art Life spoke to Multimedia Artist Alicia Assaad, based in New York City. We are very excited to see what her new projects were and what she’s looking for her next to work on in this great big city. She’s had great successes working as a videographer producer in costume designer she’s a testament that anyone who has multiple interests can turn them into passions and follow them as career paths in their future. Currently, the project they’ve been working on is a feature film called “Who Has Your Time” and it is a story that is quite heartfelt and important for audiences to watch.

Alicia is very passionate about telling stories about people who have oftentimes been underrepresented and misunderstood by the media This is why she truly believes in SIRXN Productions so much as they usually tell stories of these groups beautifully and she is very excited to be part of the storytelling team. At Sirxn Productions she is the head of 16MM videography as well as being a costume designer and producer. She has high responsibilities in the videography department and her line of work is also very niche and she works with a specific type of camera. The cameras she works with are 16-millimeter cameras, which aren’t always used by videographers. However, Alicia also mentions how Kodak has been trying to get more and more artists to be using this type of camera because they believe in the artistic effect they have and how videographers can use it to their advantage and keep being individual.

In being part of filmmaking and different feature films, Alicia has a strong narrative and storytelling that gives a lot of emotional content to the audience. She’s also working on fashion editorials and photo shoots with the production company. She’s very happy to see how great storytelling has evolved through fashion and how much more people are stepped into the way beauty is in our lives through what we can wear. Alicia is also passionate about seeing different people express themselves through storytelling especially in film and fashion as she believes this is an integral part of who we are.

Alicia has also been working on projects of her own. She believes that there are so many stories that need to be told and it is our responsibility to give our attention to each and every one of them especially stories that are usually underrepresented. In addition to all the great work she’s been doing with SIRXN productions, she has also been working on publishing her own magazine which is called 7BB magazine and that will be published in June. The mission of 7BB magazine is to empower Middle Eastern women by intervening in media and gradually changing the most common ways that representation of this group has been expressed. Alicia totally believes that there’s a new life that must be brought to the eyes of the audiences about how these women live in the modern world, especially through fashion, film, and culture.
